Member Marketing Plan
At Barnabas Foundation, I played a key role in the development and execution of our Member Marketing Plan, offering member organizations access to a library of quarterly marketing materials. These materials were customized with each organization's branding, including logos, colors, language, and photography, ensuring a personalized touch for each campaign.
Key materials I designed included brochures (both print and digital), receipt inserts, live online event materials, explainer videos, and info sheets.
In addition to my design work, I contributed to the overhaul of our project management systems, including Asana, Dropbox, and Adobe CC Libraries. I led the redesign of the Creative Cloud Library, ensuring better workflow and resource management for the team, while mentoring interns to enhance their skills.
One of my notable technical contributions was the creation of nondestructive customizable lower thirds for live member events, utilizing controllers and expressions in After Effects to provide dynamic, brand-aligned graphics. These efforts helped streamline our processes and elevate the professionalism of our live events. Everything is controlled with sliders and dropdown lists: names, job titles, vertical and horizontal padding, and colors. When names are changed, the width of the graphic automatically adjusts to fit perfectly.
